Market on the back of strong global cues showed up the second day. However, obstacles remain in the way of market reforms persecuting show fear. Sensex higher with 57 points at 18517 and Nifty closed 13 points higher at 5628. Fluctuation after the Nifty Midcap Index gained 0.4 percent. Small stocks and BSE Smallcap Index showed good fast gained 0.4 percent.
IT, capital goods, technology stocks surged between 1 per cent. FMCG, PSU, Bank, Metal, Healthcare, Power shares were 0.6 to 0.2 per cent stronger. Oil and gas stocks declined by 0.5 per cent Consumer durables and auto stocks were 0.3 per cent weaker. Realty stocks slip.
