End of The Day (Todays Session):
Positive trend returned to the market after 9 sessions. Sensex 131 points higher at 18460 and Nifty closed 43 points higher in 5615. 0.4 per cent to 0.75 per cent and BSE Smallcap and Midcap strong.
Realty shares surged between 2.5 per cent. FMCG, consumer durables, bank, IT, Healthcare, Metal, from 1.4 to 0.7 per cent in the tech sector was strongly Capital goods rose by 0.2 per cent to 0.4 per cent and oil & gas.
Power Stock have broken 1%, Auto shares 0.25 per cent and government stocks are down by 0.2 per cent.
