Stock futures shed 0.5 crore shares in Open Interest. FIIs were net buyers to the tune of Rs 820 crore in niftyfutures; net buyers of Rs 2396 crore in Nifty options and FIIs net buyers of Rs 648 crore in Stock futures.
Nifty futures added 13 lakh shares in Open Interest and ended at par with spot. Nifty Open Interest PCR was at 1.40 versus 1.38. Nifty 5500 Put added 24 lakh shares in Open Interest and Nifty 5600 Put added 22 lakh shares in Open Interest. However, Nifty 5700 Call added 29 lakh shares in Open Interest. Nifty 5500 Call shed 15.6 lakh shares in Open Interest.
