If opens flat expect a low of 5415-5420. In the afternoon session it may try to go upwards to the levels of 5450-5460.
If breaks 5408 in the morning session, we have to take this as downtred has started.
Around 5400-5390 levels try to book the profit on our shorts made at 5430 and at 5480. If goes up again in the afternoon use this rally only to go short again.
Stoploss for Shorts is 5512-5520.
In a nutshell todays support at 5418 and at 5391. Plus or Minus 10 points.
Resistance at 5450-5465.
If rangebound happens today also, expect the same type of movement for 2-3 days.
RIL broken the one year triangle pattern is clearly a bearish sign. Triangle breakout target is 750-800. If this happens in the coming days expect a powerful dip in Nifty also.
