Market has hit the highs...
Many stocks are outperformin the index.
some stocks are not moving with the markets...laggards...
If some stocks failed to move up so far when market is near highs..then it is of no use...
We can not expect it to outperform the index...in future...
So it will be prudent to get out of such stocks
